Acceptable Stay with Issues
worn towels improper cleaning
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found open sugar packets at the coffee station. The towels were worn. I could see my fingers through some of them. This is not what I expect from a hotel at this price point.

this hotel became our enchanting escape. the suite was spacious with city views. the hotel location allowed us to explore nearby attractions with ease. the fitness center was large with many equipment options. i found it easy to maintain my workout routine .

Service Lapses and Room Issues
coffee pods no follow-up
There were some issues . Housekeeping forgot to replace the coffee pods one day. At breakfast, it took some effort to get butter and coffee refills (the waiter seemed to be avoiding eye contact). the ac struggled to keep the room cool enough. It was set to 68 degrees but would not go lower than 75. I reported it, but no one followed up.
